EagleEye Support

On your device. EagleEye does not require an EagleEye cloud account. Use Settings (gear) → Data in the App to export a full backup before switching phones or major changes.

EagleEye includes a free trial of 3 finished rounds or 60 completed holes (whichever comes first). Deleted finished rounds still count toward the trial. After the trial, advanced features (for example deep stats, flyover, goals) require a one-time unlock via Apple In-App Purchase. Scoring a round still works while locked; your data remains on the device. Use Restore Purchases on the unlock screen if you already bought on this Apple ID.

Payments are handled by Apple. For billing or refunds, use your Apple ID purchase history / Apple Support. We cannot refund charges directly outside Apple’s process.

No. EagleEye has no sign-up and no login — not with us, and not with any map or course service. Open the app and play. Flyover and course search work without an account of any kind.

• Location — optional (weather / flyover GPS). Not required to score.
• Camera / Photos — optional (scorecard scan or saving images you request).

Change access anytime in iOS Settings → EagleEye.

Settings can load sample data so the App isn’t empty. Turning Demo Mode off removes sample (demo-tagged) content and keeps your real rounds.

If something looks missing:

• Confirm Demo Mode is not hiding your real rounds (Demo Mode shows sample data only).
• Check Data & Backup for exports you made earlier.
• Email support with what happened (update, reinstall, new phone) and we will try to help.

Email is best. Include steps to reproduce, screenshots if useful, and whether the issue happens in Demo Mode or with real rounds.
